Orders are normally shipped within 5 working / business days. We will not hold up your order for an out of stock item, unless we expect it within a few days. Beyond that point we will notify you of any delays. For Insects, we HIGHLY recommend shipping Express Delivery so they arrive in the best possible condition. We cannot guarentee the insects will arrive intact using ground shipping. You may exchange or return for a refund or a store credit (less shipping charges) any item sold online within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us via email prior to returning merchandise. Please note, we are not responsible for shipping on returned merchandise. Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted. International orders are gladly accepted. We will inform you of any additional charges prior to shipment. ALL animal products require US Fish & Wildlife Service permits for INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. The term 'animal product' applies to all animal bones, skulls, taxidermy, insects, live plants, insect candy or snack, sea shells, or any animal in resin or jar. The shipments are sent through a freight broker and we estimate that most international shipping cost of animal products start at $250 and more. Email us for additional information. All orders are insured. Should anything arrive damaged, please save all packing material and contact Evolution immediately. We will arrange for the carrier's insurance agent to pickup your item.
