Shipping Information:
While UPS is our preferred method of shipping, we also ship FedEx. Please note that UPS and FedEx WILL NOT ship to a P.O. Box
Orders are normally shipped within 5 working / business days. We will not hold up your order for an out of stock item, unless we expect it within a few days. Beyond that point we will notify you of any delays.
For Insects, we HIGHLY recommend shipping Express Delivery so they arrive in the best possible condition. We cannot guarentee the insects will arrive intact using ground shipping.
Orders must be received before 11:00 a.m. EST to be shipped the same day. We do not process or ship internet orders Saturday or Sunday. We obviously cannot ship on shipping holidays (Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, etc.)
International orders are gladly accepted. We will inform you of any additional charges prior to shipment.
ALL animal products require US Fish & Wildlife Service permits for INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. The term 'animal product' applies to all animal bones, skulls, taxidermy, insects, live plants, insect candy or snack, sea shells, or any animal in resin or jar. The shipments are sent through a freight broker and we estimate that most international shipping cost of animal products start at $250 and more. Email us for additional information.
For local shipments, we can arrange delivery via messenger service.
All orders are insured. Should anything arrive damaged, please save all packing material and contact Evolution immediately. We will arrange for the carrier's insurance agent to pickup your item.
