One of a Kind Octopus Ring

This Ring, cast in sterling silver, depicts an octopus. Its tentacles encircle the wearer's finger and curl into tight spirals. The octopus has been given an angry expression, so that it glowers out at the world. The body of the octopus in each ring is based on the same mold, but the jeweler has cleverly incorporated casts of real octopus tentacles which vary slightly from ring to ring, making each one unique.

Octopi have two eyes and four pairs of arms. Like other cephalopods, they are bilaterally symmetric. They have hard beaks, and their mouths are at the center point of their arms. They have no internal or external skeleton.
