Quartz is the most abundant mineral on Earth. It is generally a hard, transparent, colorless mineral. While most varieties of transparent quartz are valued when they show no impurities, some varieties, like rutilated quartz, are valued for their peculiar markings.

These pieces have been tumbled to a smooth, glassy polish and make great worry-stones or items for a curio shelf.
