The Science:

Scorpions are predatory arachnids that mainly live in deserts. They primarily feed on other insects using their pincers and their venomous sting. After their death, their stingers are no longer poisonous to humans. These particular scorpions are therefore edible to humans, stinger and all. 

The Story:

For the adventurous eater, this real scorpion is covered in chocolate and white milk. Please note that if you are allergic to shellfish, you may also be allergic to insects.
