Silver Anatomical Lung Locket

The original silver anatomical lung locket opens to reveal hand-engraved bronchial passages in solid .925 sterling silver. Antique finishing and double-polishing enhance the fine detail of this piece of anatomical art, which hangs on an oxidized 20", 2.1mm silver rolo chain with figure eight clasp. The lungs open on two hand crafted hinges with secure snaps so that the lungs can be worn closed or open. Lung dimensions: 4cm × .5cm x 3.3 cm. The piece is stamped with the makers marks PS 925.
