Penis Bones – Canis latrans, Mustela vison, Procyon lotor, Vulpes vulpes

Unlike humans, most primates, rodents, and many other mammals have a penis bone, which is also known as a Baculum or Os Penis. Located within the erectile tissue, this bone provides rigidness to aid in copulation.
