The Science

Amethyst is a rare, violet variety of quartz. It's formed in voids underneath volcanic rock. The majority of amethyst is found in South America, specifically Brazil and Uruguay.

The Story

These amethyst butterflies can stand on their own and are approximately 1" tall and wide.
