AZURITE BEADED BRACELET
The Science
Azurite is mineral produced by the weathering of copper ore deposits. It is best known for its vibrant, blue pigment. Artists in ancient civilizations mixed azurite with oil or egg yolk in order to create a variety of green and blue paints. It was notably used to decorate the Acropolis in Athens, Greece.
The Story
These bracelets are made from 8mm beads, which have been strung on extra-strength elastic for enhanced durability. These bracelets can be worn singly or stacked. We're only able to get these very special bracelets a few times a year, so quantities may be limited.
