The Story:
Prehistoric Seas was commissioned by Evolution to create ammonite-inspired artwork. After diving into the collections at both Evolution and the Natural History Museum, Olivia designed a piece that showcases a variety of cephalopod species from different prehistoric eras. We’re thrilled to soon reveal this unique design that blends artistic imagination with ancient history. This extinct silk sea features perisphinctes, argonauta argo, pleuroceras, didymoceras and cleoniceras reanimated through a vibrant palette of red, pink, and gold.
