LAPIS LAZULI BEADED BRACELET

The Science

Lapis Lazuli is an aggregate of lazurite, calcite, and pyrite. The amount of each of these minerals present in Lapis Lazuli will drastically change its appearance. Lapis Lazuli that is uniformly blue contains little to no visible calcite or pyrite. The stone is mined in a variety of places throughout the world, though Afghanistan is known for producing the highest quality. 

The Story

These bracelets are made from 8mm beads, which have been strung on extra-strength elastic for enhanced durability. These bracelets can be worn singly or stacked. We're only able to get these very special bracelets a few times a year, so quantities may be limited.
