Limpets are aquatic snails with patelliform (dish-shaped) shells. The limpet’s shell covers its entire body, protecting it from harm and keeping the mollusk out of sight. It uses its muscular foot to adhere to rocks and other hard surfaces.

Very delighted with these purchases! Very unique & well made. Purchased several in the different type of shells offered & the size info was accurate & as I expected. Packaging was very good so no damage in shipping. Gifts for girlfriends & one for myself!

This is the perfect size to keep a bit of change in. However, it’s great as a unique pill case which is what I use it for. The fact that it’s made of real shell makes it even better

We have delighted in Atlantic and Pacific beach and ocean visits of the past 55 years, and these sea shell purses were an inexpensive present for my Wife. She has chosen to display this collection in our Oceans Display Case
