Yellow land snails (Cepaea nemoralis), otherwise known as lemon snails or grove snails, are a species of air-breathing land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk.

The Story

This species is often found in early-successional or semi-open habitats, and is very adaptable to disturbed or man-made environments. They may or may not have brown bands.
