Here at The Evolution Store, we strive to provide our customers with the very best the natural world has to offer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
If your order has arrived damaged or is incomplete, please notify us within one week of receipt and keep all original packaging. Email us pictures of the shipping label, the shipping box and the damaged item. We will issue you a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
For online orders:
We know it can be hard to tell from a few photos whether an item will actually work in your home, so if you decide that you need to return your purchase, we completely understand. Simply ship it back to our warehouse at your expense within 30 days of receipt:
