SULKOWSKY'S MORPHO BUTTERFLY WING NECKLACE - MORPHO SULKOWSKYI
THE SCIENCE
The Sulkowsky's morpho is a member of the Morphinae family and is found in South America, especially in Peru. The Morpho sulkowskyi has a beautiful pearly white iridescent wing, and if you look closely you can see the patterned underside of this translucent wing.
THE STORY
These necklaces feature genuine Sulkowsky's morpho wings. The bezel is cast from genuine sterling silver, and the wing is encased between two panes of glass, so that the patterns on both sides of the wing can be viewed.
